If you get in touch with us via email, the details you enter will not be passed on.

Personal data which you enter electronically on this website – such as your name, company name, email address, postal address and other personal details – will be used by us only for the stated purpose, will be kept safe and will not be passed on to third parties. Your data is transmitted to our companies belonging to our corporate group that are located outside of the European Union; specifically in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. These countries do not have an adequacy decision from the European Union. However, data protection is safeguarded through standard EU contracts concluded with these companies for order processing and through binding internal data protection regulations. In your interests, you consent to the forwarding of your data to our companies belonging to our corporate group.

If you do not meet a payment obligation within 14 days of the due date and you have not raised an objection to the invoice, we will pass on your data to the Austrian Credit Protection Association (KSV 1870). If we are compelled by the law, the authorities or the courts to pass on your data, we will fulfil this obligation.
